It depends! It depends on the girl, their skin tone, and the shade of blonde you want. It sounds brutal on your hair though. I bleached my hair for that ombre look and I hated it after a day and now my hair is damaged:( If you really wanna dye your hair though just do it. It will grow out!!

Honestly I loved ombre but now EVERYONE does it now so it's not worth it to me I don't know maybe I'd try it but reversed so blonde on top.

I think it it looks great! As long as you keep it the more of a warm tone (carmel, similar to Beyonce's colour) I think it always looks amazing!

But yeah, I work at a hair salon and the process will be rough on your hair. You would want to do it really slow, staring with highlights every month or so, then build it up. Bleach is the worst for your hair so if you could buy a treatment to do in between each colour, make sure it has protein and you should be good! I would personally recommend either extreme by redken or real control treatment by redken. They both are amazing and will help you with the process of lightening your hair, that way your hair won't break of as much in the process and will stay the length you want it! I'd definitely say make sure blonde is something you want because you'll be spending lots of money in the process of it! Hope this helps!:)

I personally think it depends on the shade or blond. Like I think someone that was your shade and my shade may look nice with a honey blond instead of a Barbie blond. But that's just my opinion.
