Tablespoon of chick pea flour mixed with a teaspoon if lemon and enough water to make a past consistency...makes your skin glow, marks fade and complexion better guaranteed!

To restore moisture and smooth skin I use...1/3 cup of oats, 1 egg, 1/2 of Roma tomato (use all of the juice and seeds), 1 tbs of coconut oil
Beat egg, then chop up tomato, add oats and mix, then make sure the oil is melted and then stir into the mixture.
Glop it up onto your face :) and try to put as much on as you can...then leave on for 15-20 mins and then rinse. Also when rinsing use fingers to scrub the oats on your face to shed dead skin!

Yogurt and dried orange skin (ground) and a bit or turmeric. helps a lot. makea your skin really glowy. also just puttibg honey on your skin is really good.
