Hey ladies,
I am planning to do an evening make up for my mom. She has got dark blonde hair and a light complexion.

At the evening she will be wearing a burgundy long dress. As she is never wearing make up, it should not be that bright and she doesn't like lipgloss.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

Try a lip stain.
Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Charm (a light nude) or Adore (a burgundy). The pigmentation is build able so she can get the opacity she likes and it lasts a really good amount of time.

How about a wine/burgundy colored shadow with a nude lip. I like Loreal Fairest Nude. It's a beautiful color that looks good on everyone!

Thanks to all of you. I will try out the Revlon Just Bitten Stain and as well the nude look. I am going to experiment on her this weekend so see what works better :)
