Sometimes it just takes getting used to a new look :)
But I find that a berry color looks lovely on everybody. Get a stain or pencil with a precise applicator and shape out your lips in a way so that you're satisfied. Stay away from glosses and shimmer as the reflection can make lips appear larger.

I honestly think you could pull off a kill red, but it will take a little while to get use to. But to start of with try nudes like mac hue and starlooks cream caramel! x
