If you always have nail polish on try not using bold colors. use natural. also use nail strengthner and some biotin pils (special 4 nail and hair growth)

I have the same problem. my are really flimsy as well. but I just keep them cut a lot and file them. ohh mine are from low iron though.

I can grow my nails bit long..actually I cut it just now cause it started to chip..and I can see some white lines...like it is cracking or something..I want my long nails :(

That is the name. do you have a walmart where your from? if so there called hair nail and skin. or you can go to a GNC store or GNC online and they will have them.

They're peeling because they are dehydrated. I'm a stylist and it happens to me all the time. I use nail tek formula 2 and apricot oil from esse. Apply the strengthener everyday for a week followed by the oil and at the end of the week, take it all off and start over. Make sure to use a base coat so your nails don't stain from color.

Keep your cuticles clean keep your nails filled use a nail harder every three-four days if you paint them use a good base coat and use vitamin e cuticle oil every night with lotion

Take a prenatal vitamin, the folic acid and b vitamins will help nails and hair grow long and strong.

Do you use base coat before you apply nail polish? it looks as if you really haven't done that&it caused the stains.
