If you mean what Megan mentioned you should look up Ulzzang makeup and makeup tutorials. The idea is all about looking super adorable, with perfect skin, big eyes; it's a very innocent, fresh look.

Try looking up "doll makeup" or "eye enlarging makeup". Personally, I focus on making my eyes look big and I never contour, I only use blush. Keep your skin pale and don't do anything too dramatic to your lips!
