I have the same issue ashlee I've been biting my mnemonic nails since I can remember its soo hard to stop...but I should try to make them look pretty see If it works :)

Making your nails look nice really works! that's how I stopped biting my nails :) try to go and get your nails done by a professional. she can give them a nice shape and make them look really pretty :)

I had this habit. I stopped by always manicuring them so I wouldn't want to ruin them. Also, just keep chewing gum. It distracts you :)
