What brand can you suggest that is cheap but good quality in cosmetics?

Wet n wild lip products. And their eyeshadow palettes. The lipsticks are so cheap and stay on also the megalast liquid lip colors!! And the matte eyeshadows in the palette are good too! NYC liquid liner. Elf blushes. Revlon nearly naked and colorstay foundations. Most of the NYX products are good! Round lipsticks and matte lip creams are great, also their blushes.

NYX eyeshadows are inexpensive but still very good quality. They're silky and not "gritty" like most other drugstore eyeshadows I've tried. Rimmel makes good eyeliners. And Covergirl and Maybelline seem to be the top two drugstore brands for mascara.

I was an avid user of maybelline Mascara's (esp colossal volume and the falsies) but have recently fallen in love with loreal carbon black voluminous mascara! It's very black and volumizing, makes my straight lashes look GORG! Wet N' Wild blushes are very pigmented and long lasting and I hear their eyeshadows are just as amazing! I think maybellines color tattoo cream shadows are great quality, I have bad to the bronze which is an absolute gorgeous color that can be worn alone or as a base and seriously lasts ALL day.
