I have a big pimple on my chin and I put toothpaste on it for a few nights and now it's all crusty. I tried exfoliating with sugar but it didn't help. Any at HOMEMADE tricks that can help? Please don't recommend any store bought products...

You can try tea tree oil or honey and just dab some and let it sit then rinse it off after about 20 minutes.

Ice it down! It reduces swelling and redness as well as numbing any pain.

Lemon juice and cinnamon paste. 1 to 1 equal parts. Dab on the spot. It won't work to get rid of the pimple but it will work to get rid of redness and inflammation (cinnamon) and will dry it up without flaking (lemon juice). If you can use organic and non-GMO ingredients! Better for your body and the earth.

Also here's a less natural but quick way to help with that pesky zit!: Grind an aspirin tab (not the capsule kind) and mix in a few drops of distilled water and dab the paste on the spot with a q-tip after you cleanse and tone your face at night. Or do this regimen or the lemon-cinnamon one in the morning right after you get done with your shower. If you have excess mixture keep em in the fridge for later use and for a cooling (not stinging) sensation. Good luck!

I have a VERY old school remedy that I used when I was younger. Get Dove soap - the plain basic bar. Then get an onion, yes, I did say onion. Take a small piece of each (proper for the dude if the blemish) and wrap then up together in a piece of gauze. Hold it on there for about 15 minutes. It's best to do this right before bed. You may have to do this more than once depending on the pimple, but it works wonders!
