Pretty much all pencil/gel liners will eventually. most liquids wount unless they get wet but some are waterproof.

Question: do you have really oily skin and find that no matter what pencil eyeliner you use it smudges? That's because the oils on your skin begin to break down the liner the second you apply it. You can try primers and other things but it still won't work. I recommend using liquid liners. Kat Von D's Tattoo liner is nice (sold at Sephora) as well as Stila. Hope this helps!

Gel liner applied with a brush by mac fluid line or bobbi brown. Mac also does a studio fix liquid liner which is like a tattoo! You need oil based remover to have any hope of getting it off! Xx
