Sarah you just peel a regular banana and use the inside of peel to kind of brush your teeth, then you keep the "banana paste" in your teeth for about 2 minutes and wash it off with water... & you can also brush your teeth normally later :)

Mash a stra2berry up until it looks like jam , and add a tbs of baking soda and mix. Then brush your teeth with the mixture! Instant results! (:
