Put a nude eyeliner in the bottom inner rim of your eyes. Then you can take some eyeshadow and line that on your bottom lashline. Oh, and eyeliner on top of course :)

Black eyeliner on your upper lash line, lots of mascara (but not clumpy mascara), and nude or white liner on your bottom lash line.. Rimmel does have a good one, it's from their Scanaleyes collection and its in the colour Nude.

You should use a little bit of a white crayon around the corners of your eye ( right and left) and it really does help a lot. You could also use colours that bring out your eye color and makes your look pop. Good luck?
