PLEASE DON't USE BAKING SODA! it works at the moment but decays your teeth in the end! dentist highly highly suggest you don't use that. try rubbing the inside of a banana peel over your teeth in the morning(: its healthy and works.

Use either baking soda like cassandra said or use a q tip and paint your teeth with hydrogen peroxide.

Swish a bit of hydrogen peroxide like you would with mouth wash twice a day before brushing your teeth. its really cheap and works really well and an added benefit if you have any cuts or sores in your mouth it will help them heal. my brothers a dentist =)

Side note: do not swallow hydrogen peroxide lol.

Don't use chemicals like that on your teeth.. it decays them. they literally start breaking and decomposing.. maybe not right after you do it. but it eventually will.
