Is it okay when you wear mascara just by itself? Like with no eyeliner? I do that when I'm really lazy in the morning and some people are saying that you have to wear eyeliner when you wear mascara or else it'll just look weird. 😗 I don't know. I'm just really confused.

I never hear that, and I also never wear eyeliner (I think it doesn't look good with my eyes or maybe I don't do it right) I wear usually mascara and eyeshadows or just mascara :)
