Hi Alyssa, I was going to share my PCOS resources with you. When I first found out I had it, I made an appt with a naturpath. She specialized in PCOS and wrote a book about dealing with it. You can download her book from her website http://www.drnandunne.com/. It helps so much and actually explains what is going on inside your body. Another blog I follow is Glowing With Health. Some amazing tips for raw foods that combat illnesses and balance hormones. Plus, the blogger is a RN and certified hollistic pracitioner and does consultations via phone or Skype. And if you have Facebook, I follow PCOS Diet Support and PCOS Diva. Both offer programs to get you on the right course. And of course, I am always here to offer support.
