Too much exfoliation is bad for you so I suggest exfoliating only three times a week. try using a hydrating primer (:

I only exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week and I wash my face every morning and night and moisturise afterwards and I use a hydrating primer and still flaky and dry only on my forehead knower else

Maybe it's because you wash your face every day... the soaps can dry out your face.just like shampoo and hair...maybe try washing your face every other day.

Also make sure your not using a foaming cleanser, since those dry out skin Even more, also use a heavy night cream on your forehead at night.

You need to apply moisturizer just before you foundation your face. Also try switching to a cream based foundation and apply with a brush in circular movements or dab on with a sponge.
