I've tried countless primers and they don't change a thing. help me get rid of my streaky bb cream please!!

I've tried brushes & sponges & fingers nothing quite gets rid ofthem. HELP!

Have you tried a beauty blender? At first I thought they were a gimmick but it really does make a difference!! I also really love the POREfessional primer from benefit. Lately I've just been using a shine control moisturizer and it's been doing a really great job!
