I'm not sure what you mean by cheap..haha but there are plenty of home made ones (like coconut oil or egg) so you could look at some recipes online. For store bought, I love it's a 10 deep conditioner and a little goes a long way! :)

Aussies 3 minute miracle. Also, a hot oil treatment is good to do. Heat olive oil up in the microwave for 90 seconds and let it cool a bit, so it doesn't burn your scalp. Apply to hair, saturating it completely. Then put a plastic bag over it and let it penetrate your hair for an hour. Then shampoo it out.

I'd recommend the Loreal Advance Haircare also. They come in different repair situations. I had the hydrating hair mask. It works great. :)

Also, try to avoid using hot water on your hair because you're opening pores whereas if you use lukewarm water the hair pores will close and be more healthy as well.

The most AMAZING conditioning mask treatment I've used is the one I do after I color my hair. it is from sallys.. ion brand. white packaging with red writing.. I wanna say its called like deep repair mask? its amazing. and its 8.99 for a bottle!
