When do you throw out your makeup when its bad or expire?💄

It depends on what it is, but I recommend throwing things out after 6 months - 1 year. With mascara you want a new one probably around every 4 months.

@Remah, sweetie, look it up. There are several posts and a couple articles on here alone about this. And there is also and amazing thing called Google (or Bing if you prefer), super simple to find.
@Alexa, that is awesome, great find!
@Sophia, I am the exact same. As long as the texture, smell, and look are still good I tend to keep using it. Part of it is because I hate to waste it but I am also just awful about it (remembering and such), but at least I try to be good about keeping it all clean.

Lol interesting post - my makeup never lasts past 3months and definitely not a year! I buy what I need and nothing more saying that I have a huge collection of makeup but I use it every day so it never lasts!

Do the nose test. if it smells weird or rancid, chuck it. Otherwise it's fine.
