Exfoliate down there before. Also try taking a aspirin beforehand to reduce the pain. During you need to try n remain calm breathe deep n slowly. Hopefully whoever does it for you is an expert that helps tons!! :) N get them every 5 weeks or so. If you keep at it regularly its less painful n better for you. I kno frm personal experience b/c if your hair grows out too long it HURTS worse. Hope it goes well! :)

When you are well rested you'll feel less pain. And when you breath out when they wax it hurts less than when you breath in.

I've been getting it done for almost 2 years and it does get better! I agree with everything Linda said also try not to go when you're close to your period because when you're ovulating you have increased sensitivity down there which will make it more painful to get waxed. Good luck girl :)

I take an anti allergy pill before hand :) it makes you a little sleepy, but
REALLY helps with the pain. :), I feel nothing when I get waxed then

You actually don't want to take an asprin. It thins the blood and can make your skin more sensitive. They have numbing lotion that might help though or if you really need a painkiller, try advil or Tylenol. Over time your skin will stop being as sensitive to the waxing. Just make sure to keep it clean.

Thanks ladies! I work in the medical field, and saw a woman who came in with an abscess, from an ingrown hair, which totally steered me away from shaving! Your tips are all great!:)
