These are just some things that I don't understand about fashion right now. Feel free to discuss your views on the things I don't understand, and post some of your own.
I don't understand the whole floral trend going on. I think floral leggings look tacky with the way most people style them and floral shoes just look weird. Flowers are for the ground and pots outside, not for clothings unless youre 8 and under.
The neutral phase eveyones going into. 'neutral lip, neutral smokey eye, neutral clothes, neutral eyeshadow'. do people just not like color anymore? its like every girl has formed into one big blob of neutral colored sock buns.
amd with that, my next one is sock buns. on occasion, they can be cute. but to see on every girl, every day gets really annoying. I see girls trying to do just simple messy buns, and over half the comments on that picture are about how she should try a sock bun. no, if she wanted to do a sock bun, she wouldnt be asking how her messy bun looks.
I don't understand the box eyebrows and the super penciled in eyebrows look.
I don't understand why people craze and crave sticking out of the crowd, yet try to fit in as much as possible.
yes, this is a beauty topic, everything I mentioned is beauty related or beauty of the beholder related.

It's all in style that's y a ton of ppl are doing it. And maybe the ppl who wear it just like the style. We really shouldn't judge about other ppl. It's just a trend now. Just wait in a couple months it will be out of style and somthing new will be in trend.

Believe it or not a lot of the things you mentioned are in high fashion right now and that's probably why most people follow them. Secondly, if someone feels comfortable in the clothes they choose let them go for it! 😊In a world were many people are insecure, making themselves feel like they dress in style with high fashion may be a confidence booster.

I'm lucky, I have naturally full eyebrows so I don't have to fill them in :) but I do think it looks weird when girls have eyebrows that take up half their forehead. I like floral dresses, and I have a pair of floral toms but I'm with you on the leggings. I don't usually like the way they look and wouldn't personally buy them. And I don't get neutral smokey eyes (surely a smokey eye is supposed to be dramatic?) but I do wear neutral lipstick and a pale gloss sometimes to college.

It looks like ppl put liquid liner in there brows sometimes and looks gross lol I like some floral print but not in pants or shoes I love sock buns but ppl at school make them look like a hobo did it.

I hate the box eyebrow thing. I just don't like it at all... I only have 1 flower dress but I agree they aren't that good.

No offense, but I don't understand why a lot of young woman have to have some sort of unnatural hair color. But I don't complain. My style is nothing but black and some red. And yeah, some people look at me and ask why I'm wearing black clothes and boots in the summer but I don't care. People like what people like. Whether the reason is only because its a trend or because they actually like it. You do what ever you want to your hair. And girls can wear all the flower prints they want.

There is no rules in art a smokey eye is not only intended to be dark and dramatic. That's why we refer to it as a neutral smokey eye. I love a neutral smokey eye because its subtle yet still gives the sexy bedroom eye I want from a smokey eye look. Trends can often annoy people because they are seen over and over , so I get your frustration... But most of these trends are appealing to the eye... Who wants to stay doing the same boring stuff all the time? That why trends come and go and some things remain classic! I agree with the bizarre eyebrows some ppl just look like they took kindergarten paint and painted all around their eyebrow and then blended it. I don't understand the girls going that who already have very bold brows.

I dislike seeing a lot of these things because people wear incorrectly. If they could execute these trend *ideas* in new and exciting ways without making it look identical to everyone else or look unskilled (more for makeup and styling), then that would be great! Its always really refreshing to see trends done the *right way* in a new an exciting manner with a personal twist... rarely done, but exciting when it is!

Exactly! I went to school for fashion design and I'd say 90% of the girls (and guys) looked identical. I would only work with those who were really interesting and had unique visions (which most of those people did not usually have). They kind of looked like a joke and all of the "weird," truly unique girls and dudes ended up with better jobs since they were the most interesting and innovative to work with instead of the others who could only offer watered down ideas of trends or the same monotonous designs.

I think floral jeans/leggings look cute paired with a black band shirt and big boots, or the floral shoes with an edgy outfit all to provide balance :)
I'm okay with the neutral phase, but it can be a bit dull and I despise when people hold everyone to that standard. "Oh, that's too much makeup for school!" Well, generally when you're in school you're too young to go clubbing, so have fun and wear whatever makeup makes you happy as long as it's applied properly.
Sock buns are cute in moderation. Good for work or just to get your hair out of the way, but not particularly cute.
Eyebrows are a case by case basis for me; some people pull off intense eyebrows, Siouxie Sioux for example. I've also seen a beautiful asian girl pull of the tiniest of eyebrows!
All my opinion, of course :)

Actually I don't agree with the fact you don't believe people should wear solo leggings. If a woman has a beautiful lower figure why shouldn't she be able to wear fitted tights plus they are so comfortable. That sounds like pure hate for girls
With a nice ass you just don't want them walking around you looking too damn good!
