Lydia I use it as a night moisturizer, (makeup remover & hair mask) after washing your face dab some on your fingers and apply. Just like you would any moisturizer (:

Thanks a lot @ivette! Do I use as the same as we use olive oil in the kitchen?

You can cook with it, it's healthier than butter and olive oil...but still not as healthy as if you were to use the extra virgin. And, since it has been refined, you don't have to worry about the food your cooking smelling or tasting like coconut. (If you wanted to cook fish or vegetables for instance.) You can also bake with it in place of any margarine the recipe.

I agree with taking it back and getting the organic unrefined kind. I use this crap for EVERYTHING! I use it on my hair, as a moisturizer all over my body, I use it on my eyelashes, I use it instead of butter, it is literally the best thing!

I mix my coconut oil with unrefined Shea butter, and grapeseed oil. I use it as a night moisturizer. Smells great and works wonders for smoothness and making pores smaller:)

CO is the best! I use it in my hair, dry, not wet or it will be a pain to get out! <Tip! I use is as a makeup remover! On my body and my kids bodies as a moisturizer a cuticle cream and as a scalp treatment for hair growth! Good luck! Xoxo Danielle @ YouTube.com/graceandglamor
