I've used crest 3d strips and they wrk really well BUT my teeth hurt like crazy so I won't be using it again. If you have sensitive teeth I would not recommend it.

I read some where that you can mix baking soda with a pinch of peroxide to make a paste and brush with it. I have been using it for about 3 days now...fingers crossed :-)
