Up and up (target brand) has a wash similar to Clean and Clear morning burst- I love it cause it doesn't dry out my face an it's pretty inexpensive.

Neutrogena is good or definitely Garnier have some cool daily scrubs for everyday and are pretty inexpensive.
In terms of where to find them, in the uk : supermarkets, boots, superdrug..otherwise I'm sure you can find it in any supermarket or cheap beauty shop :)

Cold cream. I use noxema morning and night. if you are diligent and consistent with it cold cream will change your life. that and a light moisturizer is all you will ever need.
