Try a solid color and on your ring finger glitter or cheetah/leopard print. Paint your nails a color of your choice & with a dotting tool (bobby pin/pencil) do little c's. You tube has some great tutorials (:

If you have a pencil with a rubber eraser, you can carve a cheetah print shape into it and use it like a stamp. You can also use toothpicks as dotting tools, or a sewing pin. :)

For dots you can use a push pin,safety pin,bobby pin (really ANY type or pin), toothpick, skewer (those really long wooden sticks with a pointy and flat side), pencil,pen,back of a nail art/make up brush,and even sharpies :)
