For me it is hands down the ganguro trend in Japan, which popped up originally during the 90's and 2000's I believe. It's just a loooooot of no wrapped up in one trend for me.

Neon anything and those short, wide shirts.

@Emma: harem pants, I agree. They look like a loaded diaper.

I agree with the leggings as pants. I love peplum, though, because I have a very straight figure and it makes my body look curvier in a good way. Peplum is not for everyone, though. I hate the way Kim Kardashian wears it.

I agree with hipster glasses. I also hate the tanning trend (I can tell when someone uses a tanning bed--they look radioactive)--I'll get the last laugh when they are 30 with leathery wrinkled skin and I'm 30 and still look like a teenager. Also, sweat pants in public. And cheap flip flops year round. Yoga pants outside of the gym. Running shoes and gym shoes with jeans. Maybe more of a Utah problem--but tank tops over a white t shirt.

Skinny jeans. Yes, I said it!! Sorry ladies. I stand by my highly unpopular opinion. :-P
Some others - Neon-colored clothing, print leggings, high-low skirts/dresses, feathers as hair accessories, heeled sneakers, hipster glasses, pre-made rips in jeans, Converse shoes, crop tops.

I've have to go with orange tans! I think everything else can work in some way, shape, or form... though it may be difficult for most people to do... But looking orange only works for a Muppet!

Big puffy dresses...I'm sorry if I'm offending anyone- it's good to have a bit of shape in a dress, but when it's too big it just looks ugly I'm sorry.

Haha, is it bad that I don't know what about 1/3 of the things listed are (though I'm sure I am glad. And I agree with most that I do know)? Also, I have to say I find it amusing that the big glasses are now referred to as hipster glasses (I get why), when I started wear them they were referred to as Buddy Holly glasses.
