My skin is dry and flaky, but it's also oily. :( What's a good moisturizer that will help with the dryness but not make me super oily by the end of the day?

I wash my face with a washcloth every morning and that helps with the flakes on my forehead. You could always mix moisterisers! Use a more heavy duty one where it is dry and flakey and an oil free one where its oily. I Al's recommend all natural products like what they sell at whole foods!
