I filled out a job application for an Eartbound store. The store has a lot quirky items so it's not an overly fancy store. I want to make a good impression so I will be turning in the application to the manager. How should I dress?? Should I wear nice jeans and a nice blouse or something more formal?? Or does it not even matter??
(I really need/want this job!!)

I dress one step below interview attire. Nice pants (dark jeans are okay in this situation), a blouse, flats. You want to look more formal than if you were just out shopping, but not like you just came from another interview.

I always wear a flowy dress to interview(not tight!) and flats that way I'm not overdressed or underdressed lol and it's worked for me:)
