Put ice or tooth paste on it. It brings down the swelling and redness just enough to make it less noticeable.

Or Yes To Tomatoes has an acne spot stick that works amazing. It'll take away the redness over night. I use it all the time. Plus it's all natural :)

The only thing that can cover it that isn't concealer would be liquid foundation. Press and loose powders can tend to look cakey around the area. Good luck hope this helps!

If you have Visine eyedrops that can take away the redness. Just put a drop on the spot and let it sit, and it should start to reduce the redness. Otherwise, using a green base under foundation will help in the absence of concealer.
