I would do white French or a pearl white for the whole nail and some minimal pink and green nail art. A full pink or green mani is going to be way too matchy matchy and since you're already wearing a pattern with oppositr colors, adding any other color is going to really really clash. So, keep it neutral with polish, shoes and accessories please :) You'll look gorgeous!
