My hair got cut because I had spilt ends. After that my hair hasn't grown that much no more. I've been thinking how can I get my hair to grow and become long?

I use a Keratin shampoo and conditioner for my hair and it helps my hair grow longer. I get it from Walmart and its made by Suave.
