For the oily skin when I get it I use a scrub that dries your face out... That probably makes no sense but some products I use like nude by nature dry my skin and when I get oily skin I use it and it makes it all nice again haha
Basically you just need to see what works for you because everyone is different :)

But I breakout a lot between my brows. and I moisturize before I put on the makeup but it still looks cakey. any suggestions how to make it not look cakey. I also use a liquid foundation.

I swear my life on cold cream as a cleanser bc it has some moisturizers in it too. also get a moisturizer for your face but don't apply it to your nose. any treatments you use to fight off oil should only go on your nose.
youre prolly breaking out between your brows bc what youre using on your whole face is too strong for your whole face. its very common for one part of your face to have a problem that another part doesn't so don't feel weird about only treating the areas that need it. as an eyebrow threader I see this all the time, specially with my younger clients who just don't know any better.
