I'm going to prom this weekend & I don't know what color to do for eyeshadow & lipstick. My dress is royal blue w/ silver (: Help!

I would do a smokey eye with greys and blacks with a hint of silver. For lipstick I would stick with a soft neutral pink.

I would agree with the smokey eye with the grey and black with a nice bright inner corner :)
