Magenta Red or Dark Brown?

The past few months I've been going back and forth on whether to dye my hair from a bright magenta red back to a dark colour and it's always the same facts being argued. I love my red hair, but it requires a lot of TLC; it's damaging my hair a little; I'm getting tired of red hair but I know I'll want to go back to it. What do you think?

You could always do something that's brown but still with a lot of red bin it. That's how mine was last summer and I really liked it my hairs naturally a dark brown so my roots didn't show too much. This color would look great on you!

It's a little of a darker red it probably wouldn't fade as fast as the brighter red.

I might do that actually, thanks, I personally didn't think I'd like the red undertones but I'll always end up with the red tones anyways because of my current colour, but thanks! and Anna she's just my friend :)
