Hi beautiful ladies..
I used to have thick hair all the way until a yr back where I noticed my hair tended to drop more than usual and when I washed my hair clumps of hair would fall out. My hair has started thinning due to this and I no longer have a thick mane. Any suggestions on how to get my hair thick and healthy again? I prefer home remedies as I don't dye or use chemicals on my hair except for shampoo & conditioner for my roots.. Really need help before I end up waking up one morning bald..

I'm sorry! I personally don't know what is like to lose that much hair but my sister does! She was losing so much hair that she started to get bald patches. She was told by her Dr that she needed to invest in a vitamin such as Biotin and to be sure she was keeping her hair deeply moisturized. She stopped styling it and only washed it once a week until she began to see hair growth again. She also did coconut oil treatments for her hair once a week and it made a huge difference! coconut oil is such a natural and effective product for almost your entire body! :)

I was having the same problem, I went to the doctor and got my thyroid levels checked and I was hypothyroid. I started taking medication and my hair is finally starting to grow back.

See your Dr. if its due to stress, or something minor, like these lovelies are suggesting, vitamins...if your Dr sees something Wong, they will direct you in a better position. Coconut oil, tea tee, and something like Maine and Tail shampoo & conditioner. Good luck darling.

Make sure your shampoo doesn't contain any SLSs.
