You should try brown, gold, and green shadows for your eyes to brig out all the little colors in them. :)

You don't have huge bags. Make sure not to put too much foundation or concealer under you eyes. That will make you look like you have bags.

Those aren't bags, just a little darkness/shadows. Use a light reflecting concealer, and play up you're eyelids with shadow and mascara :-)
