Pools and Relaxed hair.

So I got tired of my knappy and possessed hair last thanksgiving and got it relaxed. Now it's closer to summer and I'm wondering if I can go swimming in pools with my new hair. I really don't want to have to wear a rubber swim cap so any tips would be great!

I used to relax my hair all the time. The relaxer just washed out much sooner than it normally would because of the pool water. I think a good summer style is micros because they last a while and you don't have to worry much about getting them wet.

Put conditioner on your hair before entering the pool and leave it on, once you get out use a clarifying shampoo or as Kara said get Micros or braids in your hair but you will still need to wash it.
