Concealer Is Giving Me Trouble.

I have been having the hardest time finding the right concealer for me! They crease horribly and also make my under eyes look grayish if that makes sense?? Someone help me! Am I doing something wrong?

I sometimes apply Urban Decay Primer Potion to my under eye area. Then I apply the concealer. It doesn't get trapped in fine lines as easily.
