I know if you don't set the concealer under your eyes with a powder it tends to sink in and crease. And I use cover fx concealer. It's really great for dark circles in my opinion.

I also have those creases under my eyes which I hate! even when I set my concealer with powder, it still settles into the creases somewhat. I've been using Nuetrogenas Rapid eye wrinkle cream and it has helped smooth them out and add moisture to that area. $19 at Ulta. :)
