Anyone try those Loew-Cornell MAC dupes?

So, I just heard about Loew-Cornell and how they are craft store MAC dupes. Have you tried it? What's your opinion?

Some people complain that they feel prickly from time to time. Does a good cleaning/conditioning help that?

Since they're so cheap I might try to snag one tomorrow and give it a try.
