I've heard putting Vaseline on your eyelashes daily helps them grow fuller and thicker. but I've also heard some people say it makes your eyelashes fall out. Is this true?

I've tried it but, not long enough to actually get results. I have however seen and talked to a few girls who have had problems pulling their eyelashes out and use this method and say it works wonders!

I used to use it a lot on my lashes, Vaseline is made to help hydrate skin and protect cuts and scratches. So when you think about it, it is light enough to put on your lashes and it helps protect them from harsh products and weather, I don't know about the growth rate but it does help your lashes with protecting them and helping them stay healthy. I don't understand why some people say it breaks them off though. Everyone's eye lashes are different tho :) just keep a open mind!

I put Vaseline on my eyelashes before bed most nights. I skip it a couple times a week but I think that Vaseline is a very moisturizing product so it can't really be bad for your eye area anyways which naturally needs extra moisture. I don't think I've been doing it long enough to notice any growth in my lashes, however they are naturally long. think about it this way, lashes will grow when they are well moisturized, taken care of, nourished etc.just like hair! so it is not necessarily the Vaseline doing the job. but I just like to do it because I find it helps break down my extra mascara that didn't come off with a makeup wipe and it really conditions them for the next day! good luck.
