Hey guys everytime I try to put eyeliner on it goes up to far and looks so bad an when I try to use mascara is goes all lumpy and I my eyes always get runny and watery does anyone have any tips??

If your mascara is running try to use waterproof on your lower lashes. As for eyeliner I suggest you use liquid eyeliner because its easier to apply. Just don't use your fingers to stretch your eyelid when your applying it.
