I wanted a change but I have no idea what would look good on me. I have very pale skin. Should I keep it as is, or does anyone have any suggestions?

I've also been scared to go blonde, I actually had a lot of blonde highlights in my hair a few months ago and I didn't really like it. I've always wanted to try red but I know it fades so easily.
