I don't know what could have happened but you should probably just wash your face with an acne cleanser every night and wait a week or so and if it gets worse or doesn't go away then try a dermatologist. not sure but that's what I would do.

Are those pimples? If so just take some toothpaste and put it on there for a minute then wash it off. If it doesn't get better get a wash clothe and get some soap and wash for face then put get a wet wipe and go over your face with that then put some lotion on it.
HOPE THAT HELPS

Try oxy! It works very well on my oily skin. The process I have is use a type of acne medicine that will dry the pimples out. Hope this helped:)

A bit on the expensive side, but I adore my clarisonic. It helped my face so much.

I've been using oxy pads for the past 2 or 3 days I don't know if this has brought any underlying spots to the surface or caused them or if it's just some freak event I've never had anything like this before and it just appeared

It could be stuff that was buried under, coming out now that you're taking care of your skin. That happened to me when I started. Don't do anything extreme yet, give your skin a couple more weeks. There's a chance it's what you're using but that is what happened to me.

I personally would not put any chemicals on my face right now and see a dermatologist if possible.

You could be having an allergic reaction to something that touched that side of your face, I'd go to a dermatologist.

I agree with Abby B. to me it looks like a allergic reaction.

When your skin is not use to using soo many products or being washed or exfoliated or even used to using acne products it can sometimes reacy bad and produce more oil than use to because the body sends a signal that its drying out because it was not used to being washed etc...so maybe try not to use to many products on your skin or gradually introduce them to your skin regime. this happened to me as well...I started using prevent acne stuff even though I didnt need it and I started to break out soo just be careful(:

You most likely clogged your pores and they got irritated which is why they are inflamed so to say. When this happens to me I go and get a bar of soap preferably dove and wash my face with that it takes it away in several days faster than any "zit cream" I have ever used :)

I use the murad stuff from sephora. When I break out you was your face with it and usually after two washes its gone you don't wash it everyday with this stuff tho or your face will get dry. I absolutely love it
