its soooo healthy , and short.
no dead ends etc.
I take good care of it.
havent dyed it in about 6 months now and without exaggeration I guarantee it has not grow one bit.
any advice? :/
conditioners? techniques?

Try using coconut oil with aloe Vera. It helps my hair. Also take hair and nail vitamins maybe your lacking in that or folic acid.

I had shoulder-length hair for MONTHS and out just would not grow. I used peppermint shampoo and it started growing right away. just be sure to massage it into your scalp. you'll actually feel it working from the moment you put it on your head.
