Is it ok to put a translucent powder over a powdered foundation just like you would do a liquid?

It's translucent so it shouldn't hurt any. Just make sure it doesn't end up cakey.

Would it still have the same effect as in like the purpose for putting translucent powder over your liquid foundation is to set the liquid foundation so would it do the same thing for a powdered foundation?

I honesty don't think you need to set a powdered foundation.
