With the brown you look more doe-eyed, soft and feminine but the color contacts make to look electric! I would go with the color just to mix it up :)

Personally I can spot fake colored eyes easily! You look good with dark eyes. If you really want colored contacts, maybe try hazel or medium brown.

You will look like your eyes are popping out of their sockets with blue. Fake eye color is really noticeable, too. It looks good and natural in the mirror, but it's very obvious to others.
