I want my hair to be down to my waist I regret getin my hair cut but how long will it take? My hairs only at my shoulders.

It depends on the genetics of your family, but to get it long might take about a year.

Typically hair grows a half inch every month. Some people's grow faster and some slower. It depends on how fast your hair grows but is say a year at least. You look cute with short hair though =] but if you really don't like it you could invest in extensions?
