It does work, it is used especially for oily skin, it removes impurities and makes your skin really nice.

I have recently started drinking it (for good health and to help lose stomach fat) and I have heard to use it as a toner mixed half and half with water, I haven't tried it yet, but I am also curious if anyone has seen results with this? :)

Yes I did, you can use it as a toner, it's not neccecairy to use it mixed with water, but it can irritate your skin if it's sensitive so if your skin becomes red you should wash it of and mix it with water, the will dissapear so don't worry about that. The less water you use the more it will work. I never mixed it with water and got some nice results. However if you have a sensitive skin it's better to mix it with water.

@ erin you use apple cider vinegar to lose stomach fat... How do you use it?

Apple Cider Vinegar is a serious miracle product! In me teens it really helped clear my skin. It contains naturally occurring enzymes that help to exfoliate your skin. Also, it is pH balanced to your skin so it acts as a toner. When I used it myself, I just used it as is, but I could definitely see why some may want to dilute it a touch with water. I have had digestive issues forever, and what has really helped me is mixing 1tbsp of ACV with 1 cup warm/hot water and just a drop of raw agave syrup to sweeten and then drinking it before a meal. ACV also I great for a detox/cleanse! Drink through a straw though, one thing ACV isn't good for is your tooth enamel! Can you tell I love this stuff? :)

@ Shazia yes! I found this link on pinterest and it has the MANY different benefits of vinegar (mostly apple cider vinegar) and one of them is losing stomach fat! I have been looking at different ways to drink it as the taste is pretty strong. I actually don't mind the taste too much, but adding it to water really does help. I have been drinking 2 tablespoons a day in water, I also found this recipe that calls for 1 1/2 cups filtered water (I prefer ice cold), 2 tablespoons ACV, 2 tablespoons of apple or grape juice (I prefer apple in this recipe), 1/2 to 1 teaspoon stevia (or sugar), and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. It helps the drinking of the ACV to be much easier :) I am seeing a lot of people that say to drink it more than once a day, so I may up it to twice a day to see if that helps even more. I heard it also helps prevent and get rid of colds if you are prone to getting colds, it also helps with stomach acid problems. Anyways, I won't list all of the benefits on here, but I will share the link I found on pinterest:

It is very interesting!
@Lara - do you use ACV right after cleansing and then apply moisturizer AFTER using the ACV or is ACV your last step topically?
Mar 19, 2013
Lara C.
@erin, I first cleanse my face, then use the apple cider vinegar, let it rest for about ten minutes and then apply moisturizer.

Awesome! thank you! I am definitely going to try that starting tonight! do you do it just once a day or do you do it both morning and night?
Mar 20, 2013
Lara C.
I only do it in the evening, but if your skin can handle it you can do it twice a day.

I use it once a month with a homemade face mask. I rinse with cold/ice water to relieve the redness but have noticed a change with the size of my pores, and the oiliness of my skin. :) I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy, and I get the worst zits EVERYWHERE...I also noticed it does help with stretch marks and splotches on my skin from this pregnancy, and scars from my past two pregnancies. :)
