Hey guys so my mom just bought a new pool...and a salt water system to go with it. This pool is bigger than my last and the last was the kind with chemicals (aka chlorine) and it always dried out the ends of my hair but I found out how to fix it with this special shampoo that removes chlorine. But now I'm worried that with the salt water system its going to get dried out really bad. Do you guys think it will? If so, do you have any suggestions on how I can prevent/fix it? Thank you so much! Sorry this was so long. :)

Last summer I went to the beach every single day. I went to the pool as well but my hair was fine! It was actually better than now! I didn't use any hair dryer, straightener or curling wand and it felt really soft and smooth! I thought it was very healthy so, personally, I don't think salted water is bad for hair :)

Oh nice!! That's one of the best pool water to get, it's greAt for your skin and won't harm your hair.. If you like you can drench your hair in regular water before you dip in so it doesn't soak up the salt but it won't damage it it will give you beachy waves and texture:)

So tired of snow... Lol my hair has the beachy waves and texture naturlly so that isnt an issue thank you for the tip about wetting my hair first though!

@Cassidy I hope the same for you :) try not to use the heat you regularly use on your hair, cause that would damage it more I think :| so try leaving them natural :)
